- CARA LOGIN KE CLIENT AREA
- https://orders.kotakomputer.com/clientarea.php
- Masukkan username berupa email anda
- Untuk Password jika lupa klik Forgot Password di https://orders.kotakomputer.com/pwreset.php
- CARA RESTART SERVICES (UNTUK VPS)
- Klik menu Services - My Services sbb:
- Klik View Details sesuai service ybs
- Pada Management Action pilih Reboot VM sbb:
- CARA REINSTALL VPS
Melalui Client Area anda dapat melakukan REINSTALL sendiri VPS anda.
a. STOP VM -- Fungsi untuk STOP VM anda
b. DELETE VM -- Setelah VM anda STOP maka hapus VM anda melalui menu DELETE VM. PENTING: Hal ini akan menghapus VM anda, kami tidak menyediakan backup VM!
c. REINSTALL VM -- Setelah VM terhapus maka klik REINSTALL VM
